A Petition to wind up the above-named company of PHOENIX INVESTMENT PROPERTY LIMITED (09220791) of Mclintocks, Summer Lane, Barnsley S70 2NZ, whose nature of business is Buying and selling of own real estate, presented on Wednesday 05 June 2019, at 10:00 by BARNSLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Westgate Plaza One, Barnsley S70 9GG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS IN MANCHESTER, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 05 August 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
