“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Richard Andrew Segal and Adam Solomon Nakar of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker

Court 1C Becketts Place Hampton Wick Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be appointed Joint

Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”; and

"That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators

be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator

from time to time."
