That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

That Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) and Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404), of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, U88 2FX, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately
