Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 6.14 and Rule 15.13 IR2016, that a Virtual Meeting of the Creditors (“the Meeting”) of Phillips and Kutiak Limited (09856561) will be held on Friday 30th November 2018 at 10.15am for the purposes mentioned in Rule 6.14 IR2016 and Sections 100 and 101 Insolvency Act 1986 i.e. to consider the appointment of a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee if thought appropriate. Resolutions to be put to the Meeting may include a resolution to approve the payment of costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Details of how to access the Virtual Meeting are included in the notice delivered to creditors which creditors may obtain from the Liquidator nominated by the members who is Mr KS Girn (IP # 9182), Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP (0203 432 5034, email: GAC.cases@goreco.com) from whom a Form of Proxy and a Proof of Debt form are also available. Should you wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the Meeting, please complete and return the Proxy form together with the Proof of Debt Form, to Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP no later than 12pm on Thursday 29th November 2018. In order to be counted a creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor's claim (unless it has already been given), and a vote will be disregarded if a creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not received by 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later). Proofs should be sent to Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP. Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the offices of Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. The Meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the Meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the Meeting).
