Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 18.16 and 18.20 IR2016, that a Virtual Meeting of the Creditors (“the Meeting”) of the company will be held on Wednesday 20th November 2019 at 10.30am for the purposes mentioned in Rules 18.20 i.e. to consider a maximum fees estimate and a resolution to fix the basis of remuneration of the Liquidator and to appoint a liquidation committee if thought appropriate. Nominations to a creditors’ committee are invited and in accordance with Rule 6.19 IR2016 nominations must be received by the convener (c/o Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP, 0203 432 5034, email: GAC.cases@goreco.com) by no later than 12pm on Tuesday 19th November 2019; nominees can only be accepted if the nominee is eligible under the provisions of Rule 17.4 IR 2016. A Form of Proxy and a Proof of Debt Form are available. Should you wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the Meeting, please complete and return the Proxy form together with the Proof of Debt Form, to Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP no later than 12pm on Tuesday 19th November 2019. Any creditor requiring these forms should contact the Liquidator (details below). In order to be counted a creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor's claim (unless it has already been given), and a vote will be disregarded if a creditor's proof in respect of their claim is not received by 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later). Proofs should also be sent to Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP. Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the offices of Gore & Company, Q West International House, 1100 Great West Road, London TW8 0GP, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. The Meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the Meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the Meeting).
