NOTICE IS GIVEN that the following written resolutions of the above-named Company were passed on 17 March 2025. Numbers 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and number 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily".

2. "That Daniel Shaun James (IP No: 26292) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX be appointed liquidator of the Company."

3. That the liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie.
