A Petition to wind up the above-named company of PHEONIX ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (09746466 ) of 4-8 Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth PO1 2DD, whose nature of business is Other amusement and recreation activities not elsewhere classified , presented on Thursday 12 March 2020, at 10:00 by NPOWER LIMITED, of Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon SN5 6PB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 29 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
