That a meeting of creditors of PHD1 Construction Limited of 7 Webster Court, Carina Park, Warrington, WA5 8WD, is to be held at Daresbury Park Hotel, Daresbury Park, Warrington, WA4 4BB on 9 June 2016 at 10:30am.

The meeting is an initial creditors' meeting under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 ("the Schedule"):
