A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 2 December 2019 by DEBENHAMS OTTAWAY LLP of Ivy House, 107 St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3EW claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on 22 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
