At an Extraordinary General Meeting of PFH IT LIMITED duly convened and held on 23 December 2020 at 14:00, the following resolutions were passed, Resolution 1 as a Special Resolution and Resolution 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. THAT PFH IT Limited be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
