At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Victoria House, 15-27 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS on 1 April 2016 at 12.30pm the following resolution was passed:

i. A special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

ii. An ordinary resolution that Tom Keenan and Scott Murray of Keenan Corporate Finance Ltd, 10th Floor, Victoria House, 15/27 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company.
