“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Frank Simms of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
