A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Workshop 17 Royal Victoria Patriotic Building, John Archer Way, London, SW18 3SX (company registration number: 09844146) presented on 6 April 2017 by LDF FINANCE NO2 LIMITED of Dee House, St David’s Park, Flintshire, CH5 3XF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Manchester District Registry, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 30 May 2017at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
