Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed in writing pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 19 October 2020, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; that the Joint Liquidators are authorised to distribute among the member(s) in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the Company, and that Edward Robert Bines and Paul David Williams, both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG, (IP Nos: 24730 and 9294) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator is to be done by them jointly or by any one of them.”
