"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) and Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
