"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
