That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co., Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and

That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
