A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 4th Floor 4 Tabernacle Street London United Kingdom EC2A 4LU, presented on 12 March 2021, by Hanson Quarry Products Europe LimitedThe Ridge Chipping Sodbury Bristol BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 June 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
