A Special Resolution "that the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1 )(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986

" An Ordinary Resolution "that, subject to the passing of the above special resolution, Alan Peter Whalley and Sandra Lillian Mundy of James Cowper Kreston be appointed as liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets."
