The following individuals were relevant directors of the above named Company, during the 12 months ending with the day before the Company went into liquidation: Alan John Baxter and Glyn Peter Goddard both of Pera Business Park, Nottingham Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 0PB.
