This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Nominees of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Simon Bonney and Michael Kiely, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the proposed Voluntary Arrangement.

The meeting will be held as follows: Time: 11 am. Date: 17 December 2021.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting.
