Pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, a meeting of the creditors of the above Company will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP on 9 February 2018 at 11.30 a.m. The meeting is being summoned by the Joint Liquidators for the purpose of considering resolutions for fixing the basis on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated and approving their fees estimate and the payment of disbursements.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a creditor.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proofs of debt (unless previously submitted) and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the office of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.

Ian Franses (IP Number: 002294) and Jeremy Karr (IP Number: 009540), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 18 November 2016.
