A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 116 Duke Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 5JW, presented on 24th September 2021 by ROCK FERRY WATERFRONT TRUST & ROCK of Ferry Slipway Trust of 8 – 10 Bedford Road East, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH42 1LS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court, Chancery Division, Liverpool District Registry, Liverpool Civil & Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 5BX (by face to face hearing) on 14th December 2021at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
