“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore, of Philmore & Co, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, HD3 4TG, (IP No 9098) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
