Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency Rules (England & Wales) 2016 (“the Rules”), that a virtual meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company is being proposed by Steven John Parker and Trevor John Binyon,the Joint Liquidators of the Company. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Liquidators’ fees and disbursements. The virtual meeting will be held on 30 March 2021 at 12.00 noon. Please contact the Joint Liquidators for access information at least one business day before the meeting.
