Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 March 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton of Greenfield Recovery Limited be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 17 March 2017, Henry Anthony Shinners and Finbarr Thomas O'Connell, both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY, (IP Nos 9280 and 7931) were appointed as Joint Liquidators.”
