"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dermot Coakley (IP No. 6824) of WSM MBI Coakley LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT and Andrew John Whelan (IP No. 8726) of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 4EQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office."
