A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 24 December 2019 by MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL of 1 City Road East, Manchester M15 4PN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Tadis House, 455 Whalley New Road, Blackburn BB1 9SP will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10.00 am on Monday 2 March 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Friday 28 February 2020.
