"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Giles Frampton and Samuel Bailey of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment may be done by either Joint Liquidator."
