At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 1 Brassey Road, Old Potts Way, Shrewsbury SY3 7FA on 25 May 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nickolas Garth Rimes and Adam Peter Jordan of Rimes & Co, 3 The Courtyard, Harris Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove B60 4DJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act either jointly or separately for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 25 May 2016 Adam Henry Stephens, of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY and Gregory Andrew Palfrey, of Smith & Williamson LLP, Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton SO15 2AT, (IP Nos 9748 and 9060) were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
