At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Society duly convened and held at Peebles Ex-Service Men's Club, School Brae, Peebles EH45 8AT on 24 September 2018, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Society cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Society be wound up voluntarily."
