At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Castletown, Rockcliffe, Carlisle, CA6 4BN on 28th January 2021 at 1.30pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsay Farrer (IP No 9487) of Saint & Co, Sterling House, Wavell Drive, Rosehill, Carlisle, CA1 2SA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
