By way of Written Resolution of the Members of the above-named company, the following Resolutions were duly passed on 18 January 2019 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Sandra Lillian Mundy and Alan Peter Whalley of James Cowper Kreston, be appointed liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up and authorising their remuneration. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.
