A Petition to wind up the above-named company of PEARL HOLDING LIMITED (05652711) whose registered office is 15 Skyline Mews, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4FE whose nature of business is 61900 – Other telecommunications activities, 64999 – Financial Intermediation note elsewhere classified, 66300 – Fund management activities and 68100 – Buying and selling of own real estate presented on 12 August 2021 by GOTEL TELECOM AG (A Company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland) of Richtisrasse 7, 8304 Wallsellen, Switzerland claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 17 November 2021 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
