Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 October 2018: No. 1 as a Special resolution and No. 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Member that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Megan Wallis F.C.C.A. of Bates Weston LLP, The Mills, Canal Street, Derby, DE1 2RJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
