Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the joint liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of For the purpose of considering the following; 1. The creditors confirmed the nomination of the liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, David Kirk and Lisa Thomas remain as liquidators of the company. and 2. That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 01.11.2022 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. The meeting will be held at Neville & Co, Buckland House, 12 William Prance Road, Plymouth, Devon PL6 5WR on 02 November 2022, at 10:30.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Lisa Thomas at 1 Buckland House, 12 William Prance Road, Plymouth PL6 5WR by no later than 16:00 on 01 November 2022.

The joint liquidators will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the joint liquidators that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 01 November 2022.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 01 November 2022.
