Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 81 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at the Offices of Lynchehaun and Associates Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW on Monday, 25 January 2016 at 11.00am for the purposes set out in the said Order and The Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991.

A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Lynchehaun and Associates Ltd between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two days preceding the above meeting.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Lynchehaun and Associates Ltd, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW no later than 12.00 noon on Friday, 22 January 2016. Proofs may be lodged at any time prior to voting at the Creditors meeting.
