"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball (IP No. 008018) and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) both of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above Company in accordance with Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally."
