A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no: 11045994) of Cavern Court, 1st Floor, 8 Mathew Street, Liverpool, Merseyside L2 6RE presented on 18 November 2019 by Smiths Equipment Hire Limited of De Havilland House, 15-16 Avroe Crescent, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 2DP (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Newcastle Civil & Family Courts and Tribunals Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 8QF on 25 February 2020 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
