At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited on 16 June 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
