"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Nigel McKay (IP No. 9466) of Mckay Business Solutions Limited, 1010 Camborne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge, CB23 6DP be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
