A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 164 County Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 3LY, presented on 4th November 2016 by CREATIVE TRADE FINANCE LIMITED, of 1st Floor, 79 High Street, Tarporley, CW6 0AB, (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, on 19th December 2016, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
