Notice is hereby given that on 8 August 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by S W Enviro Limited, Unit D, The Daks Building, Polbeth Industrial Estate, West Calder, EH55 8TJ, craving the Court inter alia that PATISSERIE MAXIME LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC472579) and having its registered office at 6 Queensferry Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4PA (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Paul Dounis and Steven Ross, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor of 8 August 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
