Notice is hereby given that on 23 February 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Clydesdale Bank, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC001111 and having its registered office at 30 St Vincent Place, Glasgow, G1 2HL craving the court inter alia that Paterson SA Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC207049 and having its registered office at 8 Straiton View, Straiton, Loanhead, Midlothian, EH20 9QZ ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that Matthew Purdon Henderson, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael, Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, AB10 1YL be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1 March 2017 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
