Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife by GEMMA SLADE residing at 49 Craig Road, Tayport, Fife, DD6 9LD and trading as COLOURED SOUL, at 199 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 2AG for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up PARTNERS HAIR & BEAUTY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC500983 and having its registered office at 128 - 130 Gray Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, United Kingdom, DD5 2DG and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29 March 2019 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Dundee Courier newspaper; ordained the said Partners Hair & Beauty Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; meantime being satisfied that the share capital does not exceed ÂŁ120,000 sterling, Nominated and appointed James Bernard Stephen of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow G2 8JX to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorises him to exercise the powers contained in Part II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
