At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Haines Watts, 42 High Street, Flitwick, Bedford, MK45 1DU on 20 April 2017 at 2.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Miles Needham and Sarh Cook was confirmed.
