Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham B3 2RT, on 25 October 2018, at 10.30 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 100 and 101 of the said Act. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting will include the release of the current Joint Liquidators and the appointment of Liquidators in the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. At the meeting a person is entitled to vote only if: There has been duly lodged a proof of the debt claimed to be due to him from the company and the claim has been admitted for the purpose of entitlement to vote; and There has been lodged, by the time and date stated in this notice, any proxy which he intends to be used on his behalf; and a secured creditor is entitled to vote only in respect of the balance (if any) of his debt after deducting the value of his security as estimated by him. A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged together with a statement of claim at the offices of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham B3 2RT, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors will be made available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT on the two business days immediately prior to the meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
