“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 9513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, St Nicholas Court, 25-27 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AR be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
