"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Ltd, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
