Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 October 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Meghan Andrews (IP No. 24110) and Stephen Grant (IP No. 008929) both of Azets, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all of any of the persons for the time being holding such office.”
